6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

The Anne Frank Legacy Museum reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Instead, such provision shall be modified and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Anne Frank Legacy Foundation relating to your use of this website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and the Museum with respect to this website.
11. Waiver
No waiver by The Anne Frank Legacy Foundation of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Museum to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
